2nd Generation Machine

We have developed a system to treat packaging and aluminized compounds, and turn them back into high quality raw materials, with high environmental value.

In environmental terms, the process is totally clean, it completely solves the problem of disposing of unserviceable packaging and, due to the reuse of 100% of the materials, several social and environmental benefits can be attributed to the process as it recovers to the environment. reuse of materials that would otherwise be extracted from nature, in non-renewable sources due to their potential for generating electricity etc.

Another advantage of the process is the use of the system and already making aluminum ingots , ready to be sent to manufacturers of cans and aluminum profiles, our equipment can adjust, with different capacities, to local and regional demands.
Being able to expand its productive capacity just by changing some equipment or duplicating reactors.

Our unit does not emit atmospheric pollutants or liquid effluents, nor harmful solid residues, and only requires recirculated industrial water for coolers, heat exchangers and gas washing.

Process

The process consists of decomposing the packaging and aluminized compounds using the Thermo-chemical pyrolysis process, which are introduced into the vertical reactor, and separated in Three stages, where after passing through reactors with different temperatures, they will be separated into four products:
1 - Gas
2 - Aluminum
3 - Carbons
4 - Oil and its derivatives

Quantitative

Oil - Every 10 tons will be removed up to 90% of Oil. This percentage varies according to the amount of aluminized contained in the containers mixed with the plastic and the amount of paper contained in the packages.

Aluminum - It can vary depending on the raw material, the aluminum packaging can contain between 1% and 90% of aluminum, varying according to the raw material, ex: packaging of snacks to composite aluminum panels.

Carbon - will be the result of the thermal separation that occurs between the carton material and a small percentage of the plastic that has been processed.
Gas - It is equivalent to 5% to 8% of the plastic material and percentage of the carton material contained in the mixture.

The best cost-benefit ratio for packaging waste recycling technology in the world.

  • The system creates an alternative energy source to replace oil and natural gas derivatives.

  • The gases generated in the reactor, which are non-condensable, have a high calorific value and can be used as a source of energy in furnaces to produce thermal energy for the plant itself or tablets and used in different places.

  • Our system has all the necessary resources in relation to safety, containing systems for using inert gas and self-shutdown systems in the event of any operational risk, the entire system is manufactured according to international safety standards, and the electrical components and automation are in use. in classified area.

  • We create products with high market value.

  • We recycle 100% of any type of aluminum packaging.

  • We do not emit atmospheric pollutants or liquid effluents, nor harmful solid waste, and only require recirculating industrial water for coolers and heat exchangers.
